Starting the Process

Want to work with us to be more successful? Here's how we'll do it:

Initial consultation

We'll ask you to complete a questionnaire so we can see what areas to work on. This consultation will help us identify your strengths and weaknesses in the following areas:

• Business planning
• Sales and marketing
• Systems - both manual and computerised
• Financial control and cash flow
• Expense control
• Banking relationships - keeping your bank manager onside
• Customer service - keeping your customers happy
• Supplier relationships

We'll also look at your business plan and talk about your goals.

Proposal

Once we've thought through an action plan for helping you, we'll submit our proposal. This will include timings and costs, which start from £500 plus VAT
