Qualifications: |
Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Associate of The Institute of Tax. |
Experience & specialisms: |
Simon read accountancy and law at Manchester University and joined BDO Stoy Hayward as a trainee chartered accountant in 1986. He worked in audit and corporate finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He started his own accountancy practice in 1991.
Simon is a graduate of The Accountants' Boot Camp, where he built on his experience, knowledge and ability to help clients achieve stable and sustainable business growth. |
Directorships: |
Simon has previously held non - executive directorships, with Berkeley Morgan Group Pic (quoted on the Plus Market until acquired by Personal Group PLC) and Customer Systems Plc ( formerly quoted on the Plus Market ). |
Outside work: |
Simon is married to Tara and has two boys and a girl. He supports Spurs and is a big fan of the Boss, Bruce Springsteen. |

Qualifications: |
Ja read Mathematics at university. His career in tax started with 10 years as an Inspector of Taxes with H.M. Revenue & Customs, the final three years spent with the Special Compliance office. Following his move to the private sector, Ja became a tax partner at Arthur Andersen. He joined forces with Simon in 2003 and has worked with him since. |
Experience & specialisms: |
Ja covers all areas of direct tax – his primary areas are dealing with High Net Worth Individuals, planning for non-domiciliaries (including trust arrangements) and tax investigations, particularly where the Special Compliance office are involved. |
Outside work: |
Ja is married and has three daughters. He is keen on most sport, in particular, cricket and rugby. |

Qualifications: |
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Iain studied accounting and finance at Kingston University and joined BDO Stoy Hayward as a trainee with Simon in 1986. Iain worked in the general audit department with a secondment to corporate finance section. He left in 1994 to join F W Stephens, an accountancy practice based in the city of London where he became a partner and head of the corporate and commercial department. He left in 2005 to set up his own accountancy practice. In July 2009 he joined forces with Simon. |
Experience & specialisms: |
Iain has worked with owner managed businesses for over the last twenty years providing accounting, taxation and strategic advice to his clients, although his client base has also included companies which are fully list or listed on the more junior exchanges in the UK. |
Outside work: |
Iain has a girl and two boys. He tries to exercise regularly in particular mountain biking and enjoys attending live gigs. |

Worked for small accountancy practice for 18 months after graduating. Katherine is now working towards the ACCA qualification. |

When not studying, Katherine enjoys watching romantic films, shopping, reading and spending time with her family and partner. |

A degree in Literature at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. Aneta is AAT qualified. |
Experience & specialisms: |
Before moving to UK had worked in a language school in Krakow in a senior management position. Soon after coming to London, while working for an international school decided to focus on accountancy. Joined Sanders in 2006 and since then has specialised in all aspects of management accounting. |
Outside work: |
When not busy studying, enjoys reading, watching international movies and planning to travel around the world. |

Main hobbies include music, reading and travelling. |

Worked at a design agency for 2 years before joining Sanders. Juliana is currently working towards her ACCA qualification. |
Outside work: |
Likes to try new experiences and enjoys Theatre, live music, gardening, circus training, climbing and dancing. Also enjoys spending time with her husband and pets. |

Previously worked for a media company for six years. Other experience includes work in charity, IT and the telecom industry, providing bookkeeping, management accounts and forecasting. She has also assisted with statutory accounts and voluntary liquidation processes. |
Outside work: |
She is enthusiastic about watching performing arts, especially dance and opera productions. |

Preparing management accounts, statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and performing audits of businesses in a wide range of industries such as media, architecture, property and energy. |

Likes to read and travel and enjoy volunteering for good causes. |

Irina started work as an accountant in Moscow. Since arriving in the UK in 2006 She has worked part time for a few small companies assisting with their accounts before starting at Sanders in 2007. Irina is now in the final stages of her studies for ACCA and has enjoyed 100% first time passes. |
Outside work: |
Irina is a language enthusiast, currently studying French. She enjoys reading, visiting museums, exhibitions and the occasional play. She loves exploring the city and taking long walks around London every weekend. |

Loyal - joined in 1987 and knows the business pretty well. |

Mum of two girls. Main hobbies include reading, listening to music, cooking, football and motor racing fan. |
